8. Content that includes non-constructive criticism or creates a hostile or unwelcoming environment;

9. Content that harms or advocates harm against anyone.

Prohibited Uses

Refund Policy

1. Refunds within 7 Days

For orders placed within the last 7 days, you may apply for a refund by contacting our customer service. The refund rules are as follows:
1.1 Refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining days of your membership corresponding to the order.

2. Refunds after 7 Days

For orders placed more than 7 days ago, a refund may be requested for the following valid reasons by contacting our customer service (we will assess the reasonableness and authenticity of the request, thus refunds are not guaranteed in this situation):
2.1 Our software is unable to function properly for an extended period (more than 7 consecutive days).
2.2 In the event of purchasing an incorrect package, it is possible to exchange it for another package available from 神采AI.
2.3 In the event of duplicate purchases caused by payment platform issues.

3. Special Circumstances Not Eligible for Refunds

3.1 Orders purchased through non-official channels.
3.2 Customers who have entered into a specific contract, subject to the terms of the contract.
3.3 Orders that do not meet the refund conditions and placed more than 7 days ago.

4. Cancellation of Membership and Currency

Upon completion of the refund, the corresponding membership would be cancelled and the subscribed coins would be withdrawn.

5. Refund Processing Time

Generally, we process the refund within 3-7 working days. However, the actual refund time may vary depending on your payment method. Additionally, due to public holidays, the refund processing time may be longer than expected but generally will not exceed 20 days. If you have not received your refund 20 days after the approval of your refund request, please contact us to inquire about the status of your refund.
